I haven't used Mantra of Resolve in PvE in quite a while. It's one of those skills that I'm glad is there regardless. People like to say that something isn't common, but I bet they get stripped, interrupted, knocked down, and blinded pretty often.

While we're at it, lets remove the movement penalty on OF. I could never understand why SF blocks all spells AND attacks with NO restriction of movement while Obs Flesh still allows attacks but slows you down 50%. There is a huge amount of disparity between these 2 skills. That would at least make vaettir farming a little less frustrating for eles

Actually, I think that'd be great, Motoko. Personally I'd like to see the skill split go away and get rid of PvE-only skills. However, I also know that's a dream that will never see the light of day.
